Trailer Hitch Balls
Trailer hitch balls come in a wide range of options to ensure you get the right fit and a dependable connection for your towing setup. Our trailer balls are offered in standard diameters of 1-7/8", 2", 2-5/16", as well as 3" and specialized hitch balls. We also offer three finish options, including stainless steel for maximum corrosion resistance.
Trailer Balls for Reliable, Safe Towing
A standard-size trailer hitch ball is your gateway to easily coupling and towing your trailer. Our trailer balls are designed to work with a variety of couplers, and they are available in all standard sizes to work with just about any type of trailer.
The smallest size option — our 1-7/8" diameter balls — are rated for light towing applications, such as pulling a small teardrop camper, lightweight utility trailer or a jetski trailer. Remember, the capacity is always limited by the lowest rated towing component, including your vehicle! Shop ball weight ratings from 2,000 up to 3,500 pounds, and choose from stainless steel or durable chrome-plated steel.
Our 2" trailer balls are a medium-duty option with solid steel heads and threaded shanks for reliable holding power. These tow hitch balls are designed to tow medium-size, such as utility trailers, popup campers, boat trailers and more. They are also available in stainless steel and chrome-plated steel options with weight capacities ranging from 3,500 to as much as 12,000 pounds.
For hauling loads as heavy as 15,000, 20,000 or even 30,000 pounds, we offer our 2-5/16" tow balls. Their heavy-duty, tested construction means they can be used on everything from large flatbed trailers and livestock trailers to deluxe travel trailer RVs. Shop finish options including chrome-plated steel, stainless steel and raw steel.
We also carry several specialty trailer balls to accommodate specific towing platforms, including European styles, 3" diameter hitch balls for gooseneck towing and the shock-absorbing CURT RockerBall™. This cushion hitch ball features ShockDrop™ technology to provide improved comfort and enhanced control while towing. It has an integrated cushion isolator that allows you to easily turn your standard ball mount into a cushion hitch with anti-rattle capabilities.
All CURT trailer balls are tested and rated for safety according to U.S. VESC specifications.
